The founding members created the HOTSPOT ONE Anniversary Program Network, known as REPAHO, on December 6, 2020. Following a General Assembly where numerous debates and discussions took place on a wide range of intertwined ideas, the network is a group of friends, family, and colleagues who come together through regular contributions to celebrate each other's birthdays every day. The HOTSPOT ONE Anniversary Program Network (REPAHO) is created for an unlimited period. This network can be dissolved by a vote among the founding members, but all founding members must agree to this. All of its assets and heritage will then be transferred to another Network pursuing the same objectives. In the event that they are not recovered, a State Organization will benefit from the Network's assets. The HOTSPOT ONE Birthday Program Network (REPAHO) is neither a social organization nor a mutual aid organization. It is a solidarity network among Haitians living in Haiti and abroad who choose to celebrate each other's birthdays in a spirit of sharing and solidarity. The objectives of the HOTSPOT ONE Birthday Program Network (REPAHO) are: ➢ To develop a spirit of solidarity and sharing in the love of one another. ➢ To transform the symbolic sharing of joy with birthday gifts and an amount to make these gifts a reality. ➢ To achieve coexistence through an annual celebration of joy where all members of the Network come together according to the agreements reached by the members.
