Each member is required to contribute to the birthdays of others.
The contribution amount is $100 per birthday and must be sent at least 48 hours before the recipient’s birthday.
Late Payment Penalties:
A $10 penalty applies for missing the deadline.
An additional $1 fee is added for each extra day of delay.
Repeated non-payment may lead to account suspension.
4. Receiving Contributions
All members must accept contributions as part of the system.
Funds are sent directly to the recipient via their preferred payment method.
The platform does not guarantee or manage refunds for missed contributions.

6. Account Suspension and Termination
Failure to comply with payment obligations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
Fraudulent activities, misrepresentation, or abuse of the system will lead to an immediate ban.
7. Refund Policy
All contributions are final and non-refundable.
Hotspot One Birthday is not responsible for disputes between members.

We use secure payment processing systems and encryption to protect user data.
